Gourmandises

Le père Noël m'a emmené un superbe livre de cuisine cette année. Il s'agit de la traduction d'un livre consacré entièrement à la confection de petits gâteaux typiquement américains, pour le plus grand bonheur de mon mari. ;)

Santa brought me a superb cookbook this year, a book entirely devoted to American cookie recipes, much to my husband's delight! ;)

Je n'ai pas eu trop l'occasion de l'étrenner jusqu'à maintenant, mais aujourd'hui je me suis lancée. Et quelle choix! Après un long moment passé à étudier les possibilités (et le contenu de mes placards), je me suis enfin décidée.

Until now, I hadn't had much time to try it out, but today I did. So many recipes! After studying the various possibilities (and my pantry) for a while, I finally made a decision.

Chocolat, café, zeste d'orange - comment résister? Et voilà le résultat, tout frais du four! / Chocolate, coffee, orange peel - what's not to like? And here's the finished product, fresh from the oven!
