Où sont passés les mois de mai et juin????

Le 25 juin: est-ce vraiment possible?? Je n'ai pas vu le temps passer! Et je n'ai même pas l'excuse d'avoir fait beaucoup de travaux manuels. J'ai commencé (à peine) un nouveau pull mais ne suis pas très pressée de le finir puisqu'il sera pour l'automne et l'hiver prochains. J'ai aussi travaillé sur la jupe de sapin commencée il y a quelques mois. En fait, j'en ai commencé la conception en décembre dernier! L'assemblage du top a été terminé en février, et puis j'ai fait une petite pause, ne commençant le quilting qu'en avril. Et il faut dire que le quilting a pris un certain temps! De plus, la vie m'a interrompue de nombreuses fois, ce qui fait que je viens juste de la terminer, largement à temps pour Noël prochain! Voici donc des photos, toutes prises après lavage pour enlever les dernières traces de craie.

Can it really be the 25th of June already?? Time seems to have gotten away from me! And I don't even have the excuse of having made a lot. I began (timidly at that!) a new sweater, but I'm not in any hurry to finish it since it will be for next fall and winter. I've also been working on the Christmas tree skirt that I began several months ago. In fact, I began designing it last December! The top was completed in February, and then I took a little break, only beginning the quilting in April. And I must admit that the quilting took quite a lot of time! In addition, life interrupted my progress many times, and I've only just finished it, still in plenty of time for next Christmas! Here then are some photos, all taken after washing so as to get the last traces of marking chalk out of the quilt.
