Mini-croissants pour l'apéritif

Lors de ma récente visite à Créations & Savoir-faire, j'ai succombé à la tentation d'acheter un nouveau gadget - comme c'est souvent le cas, la démonstration était si tentante! Et bien, aujourd'hui j'ai mis mon gadget en service pour la première fois. Voulant avoir des amuse-gueules prêts à être utilisés, surtout avec Noël qui approche à grands pas, j'ai commencé par deux sortes de mini-croissants. Et je dois dire que l'appareil marche très bien! Il faut plus de temps pour faire la farce à utiliser que de faire les mini-croissants eux-mêmes! Donc, en un rien, j'ai mis 32 mini-croissants au congélateur, prêts à cuire juste avant l'emploi!

During my recent visit to Créations & Savoir-faire, I gave in to temptation and bought a new gadget; as is so often the case, the demonstration was sooo tempting! So today I put my gadget to work for the first time. I wanted to have some cocktail accompaniments ready to use, especially with Christmas coming up soon, so I made two kinds of mini-croissants. And I must say, the gadget works quite well! It takes more time to prepare the filling to be used in them than to make the actual mini-croissants! So in no time flat, I put 32 mini-croissants into the freezer, ready to be baked just before eating them!
